We provide you an initial Design proposal via email.
The Design fee is applied to Contract if you decided to hire us for your project
Design fees will depend on the project scope
We prepare a preliminary scope of work & budget
Our Proposal is reviewed and executed
We process the Project Design fee to move to the next step
step 3: Decide on Design & Determine Scope
We present design options, discuss project team options & set Scope
The scope of work is determined
We make changes until you are completely satisfied with design
We present 3d rendering of the design
Style and materials are decided
Project budget is decided
step 4: finalize contract & project team
We finalize your project plans, contractor partners, product selections and
Start & completion dates are set
Contractor partners are decide upon and contracts are finalized
Construciton contract is signed
Minor refinements are made to your design and materials
step 5: PERMITS & PLANNING

A detailed job schedule is created
Materials are ordered and staged
Labor and subcontractors are coordinated and scheduled
The final construction plan is completed and building permits are obtained
step 6: set schedule & start construction
The project schedule is completed and construction start begins
Your project manager is manager of all activities, and the channel for all communication to owner(s)
Project manager keeps disruption to a minimum
The Project manager works with all trades and keeps your job on schedule
Project area is left 'broom clean' each day
All change orders or deviations from budget or plans are promptly reparted to owner(s)
step 7: finalize
Work is completed on time and on budget with a final walk-through
The punch list is completed to clients satisfaction
Final walk through with the president of our company 2-4 weeks after project completion
Warranty binder is presented and reviewed
If needed, a final punch list is created
"After" photos are taken of the construction project and remodeling design
